I had not seen a dentist in probably 15 years and was nervous but everyone at this office is so friendly they put my mind at ease. Even making an appointment was easy enough.
They did a deep cleaning on my teeth and were able to remove some stains that were bothering me. All of my questions were answered and they took care of me without making me feel dumb. They also made sure I was as comfortable as possible the entire time. I highly highly recommend them and am glad I finally found a go-to dentist office.

Quick update: I went in again today for a filling and crown and it went great! At this point I’ve worked with both Dr. Niel and Dr. Lee and I have nothing but good things to say. Thank you greenway family dental!

I was referred to Greenway Family Dental through family that live in Phoenix. I live in Tucson and needed immediate treatment for an abscess tooth. My dentist in Tucson had too long of a wait time, so I took the drive. I was overwhelmed with their level of professionalism, expert handling, and their flexibility to work with my schedule. Niel and Ly spoke to me in depth, took amazing X-rays, displayed tooth diagrams neatly labeled, and a cat scan to show me all my teeth that needed treatment that my Tucson dentist didnt catch. They made me feel valued and took their time to make me feel comfortable and welcome. I felt confident I was in good, capable hands. (I had a root canal and a permanent crown placed in the same day! No waiting around here!) The assistants, Rachel and Ashley, were also kind and attentive. This practice takes the time to get to know you on a personal level. They appear committed to giving their best. I highly recommend.
